We can answer your question with a long(er)-term project, a workshop or even some training. Start-up Package

We will take 4-6 months where we set-up everything you need to take care of the basics for important topics like retention, engagement, performance and wellbeing of your team. 

For example.. 
> Hiring planning for the next year
> Job descriptions for clear responsibilities
> Defining your cultural values
> Implementation of HR and/or recruitment system
> Basics on "how to recruit A-players"
> On-  and offboarding process
> Basic performance reviews, growth paths, etc.

I can coach your people team/manager on how to attract top-quality talent and also on how to retain your current employees in a sustainable way. It can be very hard to find the right people for your HR & Recruitment team, but with my expert guidance you can hire someone promising with less experience and offer them a learning & development opportunity, while also helping your company to grow.

Core Values Workshop
Defining the values of your team.

I also offer this as a separate service. Your core values are the backbone of your company and the foundation of your People Strategy. We do 3 onsite sessions with your team to dig down to your true values. The results are then polished by a professional copywriter and visual designer, so you have something you can be proud to share with your team and with the world. 

 

Pricing: variates from €1995,- to €3995 ex. VAT 

Maybe you have a great people team, but they’re more focused on operation than strategy. Hire me as your Head of People A.I. and I will make sure both your MT and people team have the right tools to grow your company. Why not combine it with the coaching sessions that I offer and set your staff up for long-term success. 

Pricing: €100-120 euros per hour ex. VAT

Not ready for a whole project, but definitely in need of some strategic input from a real people specialist? I've got you! This one-day service will give you all the input you need to run with some of your people related-challenge. 

Some examples of what we can do: 

> We can make a strategic plan for your People team for the coming (half) year. Especially recommended for during/just after the summer or end/beginning of the year for clear goals/OKRs.
> You can invite me to your strategy days for input from a CPO / Head of People vision.
> I can help you make specific the challenges you will encounter in the current growth phase (I've already seen a company or 30...) and immediately provide the right solutions.
> But - on a smaller scale with a lot of impact - for example, also like to work with your People team to set up clear goals and projects for optimizing your current Employee Journey.
