With Flow to Grow, I focus on sustainable growth for start- and scale-ups (tech, or non-tech) and the people who make them what they are. I can help your company in both a People leader role, as another (more) commercial role. I have experience as a Head of People, Product Owner and Partnership Manager. What I love most, is to help your company grow to that next level. This can be by scaling your people processes, by helping you to develop your leadership team or by supporting your commercial department.
Over the last 9 years, I've had the chance to work with some (over 30!) of the most innovative and fast-growing companies in the Dutch tech industry. From the leading ATS tool Recruitee to United Wardrobe (acquired by Vinted in 2020) and the successful Helloprint, I've seen so many ways of growing a company successfully. In all of them, the people in the company have played a massive role in that success. There are a lot of best practices and things that you can copy-paste, but your people and your culture - they are something special.
Within all these roles, I've been privileged to be included in one of the rapid growth phases, while working closely with the founders and management team.
